Standard Terms for Private Hospitality Services
At Saragarhi Services, we understand that travel plans can change. However, as a private boutique facility with limited suites, cancellations affect us significantly. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our operations.
Our refund structure depends on the timeframe in which the cancellation request is received before the scheduled check-in date:

If you do not arrive at the property on your scheduled check-in date without prior notification, the entire booking will be treated as a "No-Show," and no refund will be issued.
All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Card). Please allow 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. Transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Requests for changing dates (rescheduling) are subject to availability and may incur a modification fee. Any price difference between the original and new dates will be charged accordingly.
Note: During peak festival seasons (e.g., Diwali, Hola Mohalla, or Gurpurab), all bookings are Non-Refundable regardless of the cancellation timeframe. Please confirm seasonal terms with our concierge during booking.
