All bookings made through this website, phone, or WhatsApp are subject to availability. A reservation is only considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and a confirmation voucher has been issued by our travel desk.

2. Guest Identification

In accordance with local regulations, all guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa.

3. Use of Services

Our "Spiritual Concierge" and travel assistance services are provided to enhance your visit to Amritsar. While we strive for 100% accuracy in ceremony timings and local guidance, we are not responsible for sudden changes made by local authorities or religious institutions.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments must be made through authorized channels only. Cancellation and refund policies vary based on the suite type and season of booking. Please refer to your specific booking voucher for detailed cancellation terms.

5. Conduct & Safety

We maintain a peaceful and spiritual environment. Guests are expected to respect local customs and other residents. Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave in case of misconduct or violation of property rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

Saragarhi Services shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury during your stay or travel, except as required by law. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amritsar, Punjab.
